Low sugar xylitol fruit spreads and low sugar vegan nut creams without palm oil.
Fun on your sandwich: low-sugar fruit spreads and creams from Xucker
Xylitol-fruit spreads and nut-nougat creams without palm oil, also sweetened only with xylitol or erythritol: Xucker spreads are not only fun on bread - they are also great for baking and for making creative (not-too) sweet dishes. For many people, a sweet breakfast is simply part of the morning. Conventional jams or chocolate creams, however, contain extremely high amounts of sugar and often make you feel tired. Not necessarily the ideal state after getting up. Sweet fruit spreads and nut nougat creams with xylitol or erythritol offer an alternative to jam & co. With over 70% fruit content, our spreads from Xucker, some of which are low in sugar, are the spreadable "fruit for breakfast". In combination with wholemeal bread and unsweetened drinks, they ensure a start to the day with a clear conscience. The only thing we can't do for you is the jogging.
Our fruit spreads - lovingly made in France
Our fruity, low-sugar spreads come from the Parisian countryside. There, the spreads are lovingly produced in a manufactory. Whether red fruit, plum, apricot, apple-cinnamon, strawberry or raspberry: the heart of our manufacturers from France beats for "jam". And you can taste it! Almost as good as grandma's recipe. Only with significantly less sugar: sweetened exclusively with xylitol. So there's still room for plenty of fruit in the jar: the fruit content is more than 70 percent. Delicious? Delicious! Do you know the difference between jam, marmalade and fruit spread? The word "marmalade" comes from the Portuguese "marmelo" (quince). And according to the EU directive, it may only be made from citrus fruits. Marmalade must contain at least 200 grams of citrus fruit per kilo, while jam generally contains 350 grams per kilo and extra jam 450 grams of fruit. The top performer is fruit spread: sweet fruit spreads from Xucker contain 74 per cent fruit. This means that the jar contains mainly fruit, whereas a conventional jam consists of almost half (!) of sugar. For those who don't want to make their own jam, Xucker fruit spreads are a low-sugar alternative.
Xucker cream spreads – without sugar and without palm oil
Products with palm oil are controversial. Because tropical rainforest is cleared for the cultivation. The fat from the oil palm is criticized for this. But because it is cheap, palm oil is widely used in the production of food. Leading suppliers of nut nougat creams not only add extremely high amounts of refined sugar to their products, but also the controversial palm fat. We can do without that. Nut nougat creams from Xucker do not contain palm oil and, with xylitol and erythritol, are a low-sugar alternative to standard nut spreads. Others can take a leaf out of their book. Our Caribbean holiday spread, Pistachio Coconut Cream with Xylitol, is vegan, low in sugar and also made without palm oil. Pattycake? Why yes! The Pistachio Coconut Cream is great for baking and great dessert recipes, just like our Nut Nougat Creams. Low-sugar muffins, for example, are hard to beat, low-sugar birthday cakes or cupcakes with no regrets - the sky's the limit when it comes to creativity. This Caribbean spread is also a visual highlight! Its fresh pistachio green brings pizzazz into every sleepy breakfast round. Boredom with jam was yesterday!
