What is ‚Xucker Like Sugar‘?

Xucker Like Sugar' is a unique blend of sugar alternatives. The innovative sweetener is vegan, tooth-friendly* and has no artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame K. It is based exclusively on renewable vegetable raw materials.

What does 'Xucker Like Sugar' consist of?

Xucker Like Sugar' is a combination of four sweeteners. The base is calorie-free erythritol, which you may have already used to sweeten hot drinks. To get the same sweetening power as sugar, we use high-quality stevia, which has no accompanying taste. The dietary fibre inulin provides a particularly good mouthfeel. Thanks to the isomaltulose, you can even caramelise with Like Sugar.

How to use Xucker Like Sugar?

Xucker Like Sugar sweetens like sugar. In a recipe with 100 g sugar, simply use 100 g Xucker Like Sugar. Xucker Like Sugar has 12 times the volume of sugar, which is why one heaped teaspoon of Like Sugar (=4 g) is equivalent to one level teaspoon of sugar (=4 g).
